The First State Delaware Passes Innovative “Complete Communities” Bill blogDownload

This bill gives local governments the option to enter into an agreement with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) to create transit-oriented development districts, called Complete Community Enterprise Districts, for the purposes of promoting economic development. Mixed-use, transit-oriented communities would engender more biking and walking.
