Ways to Celebrate Trails
When you attend a Celebrate Trails Day event hosted by Rails to Trails Conservancy, you waive any and all claims and causes of action against Rails to Trails Conservancy, affiliated partner organizations, event producers and presenters, and their insurers, for liability, including for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death in connection with your attendance of the event. Most Celebrate Trails Day Events are not hosted by Rails to Trails Conservancy, but if and when you participate in one that is, you assume all risks.
