Trails To Explore Near Boulder

Elmer’s Two Mile Creek Greenway | Glenwood Grove North Iris

This paved and mostly flat path runs for nearly a mile traveling through open spaces, parks, neighborhoods and commercial areas. This trail connects to the Goose Creek Greenway, an east-west route across the city.

Wonderland Creek Greenway | Noble Park

This paved multiuse trail runs for 3 miles along Wonderland Creek and through neighborhoods in northeast Boulder. Spur trails provide connections with the surrounding neighborhoods and recreational spaces.

Goose Creek Greenway | Boulder Junction

This 2.7-mile-long greenway runs east-west through Boulder. The trail passes busy areas like Villa Shopping Center and connects to parks like the Valmont Bike Park.

Boulder Creek Path | Downtown

This trail follows its scenic waterway, extending 7 miles from Boulder Canyon to Valmont Reservoir. Its surface changes from dirt to pavement as it enters Boulder’s downtown. Community parks and the University of Colorado campus are accessible by this trail.

Bear Creek Path | Martin Acres

Beginning south of the University of Colorado Research Park, this paved trail runs for nearly 2 miles connecting southeast Boulder neighborhoods, Creekside Elementary School and recreational areas.
